I am the owner of a Nutrition Club and private studio where I provide a welcoming space for health, movement, and stress relief. As a certified Strong by Zumba and SilverSneakers instructor, I lead a variety of classes including stress management, yoga, tai chi, BOOM Move, and strength training. My mission is to help individuals of all ages build strength, resilience, and balance in both body and mind.
